Delete Your Account

ParishPath OCIA is an administrative app used by parish staff and leaders to manage OCIA (Order of Christian Initiation of Adults) programs. If you have a ParishPath OCIA account, you can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time using either method below.

How to delete your account

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the personal data associated with your account, including:

• Your login and user account
• Your access to any parish (your staff/leader permissions)
• Your staff profile, including your name, email address, and phone number

What is not deleted

Deleting your account does not delete records that belong to the parish/organization rather than to you personally — for example participant (member) records, class schedules, tasks, attendance, and payment records. These belong to the parish and are managed by the parish’s administrators.

Data we may retain

For legal, security, and compliance purposes, we may retain a minimal record that a deletion request was made (such as the date of the request), and any information we are required to keep by applicable law. Any retained data is kept only as long as required and is not used for any other purpose.
